The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, being just steps away from Tallinn's Old Town, making it easy to explore at my own pace. The rooms, although needing a bit of airing upon arrival, were decently sized, with spacious bathrooms but felt a bit outdated and gloomy. The service was top-notch, with approachable and friendly staff ready to assist in any situation. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited options for breakfast, prompting me to skip a meal. Overall, the hotel excels in its fantastic location and friendly service but falls short in terms of room condition and dining choices.
The hotel has a convenient location, just a street crossing away from the old town, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were a bit small and had an extra bed we didn't need, with a persistent bad smell in the bathroom. The service was top-notch and very amiable, going the extra mile to offer free morning coffee. However, the dining was uninspiring, although it featured a help-yourself buffet. Overall, a decent choice for a stay with some minor drawbacks.

I can imagine the original block rooms have even more character, adding to the charm of the stay. The service was top-notch, both professional and courteous, going above and beyond to help with arrangements like car hire, housekeeping, and airport shuttle services. The location was superb, being close to the old town yet nestled in a quiet area, making it extremely convenient. The dining experience was pleasant, with a rich and traditional setting. The facilities provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good size with seating for extra comfort, but unfortunately, there was a constant horrible bad drain smell that made the stay quite unpleasant. The service, however, was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond, especially when they made us breakfast after our misunderstanding.
